Summer adds the beauty of freshly tied bouquets, along with the unbelievable sweetness of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. You can also enjoy onion varieties, cabbage, swiss chard, cauliflower, broccoli, beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, baby potatoes, fresh herbs, corn and our famous shelling and sugar snap peas - get extra for the ride home!
Fall unveils garlic in beautiful braids that we hand tie, or by the bulb. Our garlic is grown using seed that Joe Bertero brought to Bellingham from his family in Genoa, Italy. The garlic variety has an amazing flavor that is sure to enhance your favorite dishes. Fall also adds shallots, apples, pumpkins and fall squash varieties to the extensive list of fresh fruits and vegetables still on the menu from spring and summer.
Other products include locally baked bread from The Breadfarm that is brought in fresh daily, local jams, syrups, honey, spices and oils.
You never know what you will find from day to day throughout the season, but you can always count on quality and freshness and a hand out to your car.
